It has been played out in the recesses of the consciousness of every human being that ever walked this earth. Over the ages few have skillfully embraced this Cosmic Heart Dance, those that have are remembered as Sages and Masters in their chosen field.
At this unique time in the history of humanity everyone is being called to awaken and consciously join in the Dance of the Cosmic Heart and align with their Truth.

A magnificent relationship is brought forward and engaged in, when we consciously attune to our Presence and the inner stillness of the present moment. This Presence is the intelligence that beats our hearts and breathes our lungs. Living from the inside out, allows us to enter a renewed and joyful relationship with life, ourselves and all that we interact with.
The call for bridging the stillness of personal practices,
and the reality of holding this space in the world is the inspiration for this offering.
This particular venue opens as many doors as you wish to explore in offering the opportunity to deepen the integration of your unique experience of Presence.
In an environment of uplifting music, and/or periods of silence and toning, you will be invited to feel, sway, walk, move and/or dance while remaining consciously aware of your Presence and the moment. This is not formatted as a class where you follow the leader’s directives but an invitation to a microcosm of your life and opportunity to follow your own inner guidance, to watch or to let go of the chatter of the mind, to shed masks of inhibitions…
Whether you are an adept or a beginner at Being Present, this venue offers the opportunity for as many experiences as there are individuals.
You are invited to an experiential evening that offers each individual the opportunity to consciously delve deeper into the exploration of awareness of the moment through movement and sound.
