Dietary food choices

Once again I do not feel the need to re-invent the wheel and engage in a long discourse on the personal and global benefits of a plant based diet.

Will Tuttle has done a magnificent job in creating a profoundly insightful and important book, entitled The World Peace Diet – Eating for Spiritual Health and Social Harmony.

Although this is actually the most provocative book I have ever read, I fully support its perspective.  I can only wish that many people will find the courage to read it and allow their mind and heart to open and embrace this priceless, compassionate point of view, and take action.  While extremely graphic in some of its description, it seems a necessary catalyst for the awakening and transformation of human consciousness.
