Flower essences are liquid extracts vibrationally charged with the signature of specific flowers, with the purpose of expanding the consciousness, re-harmonizing and re-aligning the energy fields of an individual.
Flower essences are the safest of the vibrational tools as they are so self-adjusting. As an ancient and valid healing modality, extensively used in the times of Lemuria and Atlantis, flower essences resurfaced this century in the work of Dr. Edwards Bach of England as the well known Bach Flower remedies.

Pristine flowers in their peak flowering season are respectfully collected with two crystals, making sure not to touch the flowers. They are then gently placed on the surface of distilled water in a glass bowl and allowed to sit undisturbed in the bright sun for three to four hours. This mother essence is then filtered and diluted six times in pure distilled water, over a period of six days, of which dilution 6, become the stock bottle: as with homeopathic remedies the greater the dilutions the higher the potency. Cobalt blue bottles are the best colored bottles to store flower essences because blue is a neutral and stabilizing color that promotes healing. Dilution 7 is then bottled for use, only at the time an order is placed.
These essences are merely an etheric imprint of the flower: no physical part of the flowers gets transferred in the essences. We are dealing strictly with the energetic imprint of the flowers vibrational signature, in other words, the intelligence of it.
Most flower essences on the market today are preserved in brandy but due to the high dilution and purity of Cosmic Light Essences, no brandy is used for preservation, only 100% pure water which is much more in harmony with our physiological makeup.

- Essences may be taken as needed under the tongue. Hold in your mouth for a few seconds and think about and feel the messages the essences have for you. In general it is not how many drops you take but how often. You can use a pendulum or muscle test to determine the number of drops, when to take them and for how long. Allow your intuition to guide you. More often than not when you start forgetting to take your drops, it’s time to take a break from that essence for a while.
- Tap ( sucuss ) the bottom of the bottle seven times, every time before dispensing drops, to re-activate.
- Remember that these particular flower essences are in a 7th dilution potency and that more often than not 1 or 2 drops are all that is required at a time.

Please note: Since Cosmic Light Flower Essences are made with pure water it is very important not to touch the dropper to your mouth or teeth. If it does touch your mouth or teeth, do not replace it in the bottle without first cleaning it, this will alleviate any bacteria growth in your essence. The best way to clean the dropper is to take the glass pipette out of the cap and boil in distilled water for 5 minutes, gently replacing it into the cap with a tissue so as not to contaminate it with your fingers. Alternatively run very hot tap water over it, squeezing the bulb a few times to clean the inside, before replacing in the bottle.
Flower Essences are vibrational preparations that are very sensitive to environmental pollutants. It is wise to not leave them in the kitchen, on or near electrical appliances, computers, TV’s or any other item that generates an electromagnetic field. Do not store them in direct sunlight or near a heat source. It is not necessary but you can store them in a pyramid.
